I like to keep things super simple, so wholesale pricing is 50% off the MSRP shown on the website (excluding the items listed below). You can see all of our available products online in the shop. I'm also always more than happy to provide line sheets for any collections you may be interested in. Send line sheet requests to firstname.lastname@example.org
Items excluded from wholesale pricing and availability:
Home decor items - At this time all home decor items are offered at a wholesale price of 25% off the MSRP because of the unique hand made nature of each item and cost of production.
Sale items - items placed in the sale section are discontinued lines, so production has stopped on these products.
Apparel pieces (including t-shirts and onesies). Because of the current nature and cost of the printing process for our apparel pieces I cannot offer them to retailers at wholesale pricing.
How to order
To start an account with Hazel & Ollie we will need a copy of your retail sales certificate which can be e-mailed to email@example.com. If you agree to these wholesale terms, fill out the form on the wholesale inquiries page.
You can order by selecting items in our general shop, or on our line sheets. Please e-mail a list of items with SKUs and/or item descriptions, and quantities requested. Upon receiving your order, we will be in contact to confirm your request, and then send you a digital invoice for the total charges. Production on items will begin upon payment in full. See shipping and production times below.
A minimum opening order of $120 is required. Initial orders for new accounts must be paid for before items are shipped. We will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice.
No minimum order is required for re-orders. We require a one year working relationship with a vendor, and a minimum of three orders paid in full before billing terms can be established.
Changes to orders
Any changes or cancellations must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of order placement.
Method of payment
Payments through Square, and Paypal are all accepted (checks accepted through local vendors only).
Delivery & Shipping
Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your order to ship. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.
Nature of hand made products
All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly. Please also take into account that we may not have the stock to fulfill retail orders, so expect 2-4 weeks of production time before items ship (as noted above in the DELIVERY & SHIPPING section).
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Hazel & Ollie at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 30 days after receipt.
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
At this time, we are not able to do consignment.
